Philly Cheesesteak Wraps
A quick meal with delicious results! Customize as much as you wish to find your personal favorite. Serve as a wrap or sandwich, with or without mushrooms, fried in butter, lard, tallow or olive oil. :)

Instructions

  1. Sauté, the onion (and peppers and mushrooms if you choose) with olive oil or tallow in a cast iron skillet till tender. Season lightly with salt. 
  2. Remove veggies from skillet.
  3. Melt more tallow in the skillet and add the slices of shaved steak. 
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fry on both sides until no longer pink.
  6. Add the veggies back into the skillet.
  7. Place cheese slices over the meat and allow to melt.
  8. When the cheese is melted, divide the mixture in half and scoop onto the tortillas.
  9. Wrap up and enjoy!
