Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup Einkorn Flour
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 cup cane sugar
• 2 tbsp. cocoa
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
• 1 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa in a mixing bowl.
3. Stir in milk, oil, and nuts.
4. Spread in a 9x9 inch pan.
5. Blend brown sugar and cocoa together in a small bowl.
6. Sprinkle sugar and cocoa on batter.
7. Pour hot water over everything.
8. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
9. Serve warm or cold with milk or ice cream.

Bakers tip: If you don't like to use brown sugar, you can use sucanat instead.
