Hot, crispy Einkorn biscuits and nutrient-dense pastured pork sausage gravy! Who can pass that up? A hearty and healthy way to serve breakfast for your family. The Einkorn flour makes them a good choice for those with gluten sensitivities.

Directions

Sausage Gravy Ingredients & Directions:

  1. Fry sausage and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan
  3. Add flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  4. Stir until blended
  5. Add milk; cook and stir until thickened
  6. Stir in Sausage

Biscuits Ingredients & Directions::

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine lemon juice and milk and set aside.
  3. Combine dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in oil with a fork.
  5. Add milk mixture.
  6. Stir together til well blended.
  7. Drop blobs of dough about 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheet. Should make 12-14 biscuits.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes.

Serve the biscuits hot topped with sausage gravy!
