We love these Loaded Avocado Nachos. Even though they are quick and easy to make the "yummy-ness" is somewhere near the top! The perfect light meal for Sunday night...

Directions
Ingredients
- tortilla chips
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1/2 -1t sp. Celtic Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- I/4 cup onion, minced
- 1 (16oz.) can black beans
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup yellow cheddar
- Fresh cilantro
- Sour cream
- 1 Avocado, diced
- Lemon or lime cut in wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with foil or lightly grease sheet with olive oil.
- Spread a nice layer of tortilla chips on the bottom.
- Heat a skillet and add ground beef, salt, pepper, and cumin. Optional: You can cook the onion along with ground beef if you don't prefer raw onion.
- When the ground beef is browned, spoon it over the tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle the minced onion on.
- Top with black beans.
- Evenly spread salsa over the beans using a spatula.
- Layer with shredded cheddar.
- Chop the fresh cilantro before sprinkling.
- Place it in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted...
- Remove from the oven and dollop with sour cream.
- Add diced avocado.
- Squeeze lime/lemon wedges over it.
- Call the family and devour!
