This is probably the simplest rib grilling recipes you'll ever use. And one that turns out amazing results with only a fraction of the work required for a special Baby Back Rib BBQ.

Start with a thawed rack of St. Louis Style Pork Ribs. – I think pastured pork ribs have the most flavor ;)

Remove the very thin "silverskin membrane" off the back of the ribs for optimal dining experience.

It's really not that hard once you get the silverskin started... Use a paper towel if you need to get a better grip and pull slowly so it doesn't just tear.

Next season both sides generously with salt & pepper and throw it on the hot grill. (300-400°F range)

Grill on both sides for 5 minutes or so until internal temp is 145-150°... you may grill longer but this is the sweet spot I prefer where the meat is cooked enough for my liking and still has plenty of juicy flavor. Anything much hotter and you definitely risk drying it out. No, this meat won't fall off the bone with this short of grilling time, but the results have been a big hit with our family.

I know this isn't the conventional way of grilling ribs, but please give it a try.

It works. Amazingly well. :)

Slice and serve to your waiting family!
