St. Louis Ribs is the classic large rack of ribs from the lower belly side of the rib cage. This cut is flatter than most other ribs which makes it ideal for browning in a pan or searing on the grill.
Here is my own unique recipe for doing an amazingly delicious quick grill on St. Louis Style Pork Ribs. This grilling style is super convenient and has been a big hit for our family.
St. Louis Style Ribs aren't going to have as much meat as Baby Back Ribs but they often boast superior flavor because of the extra fat layered on these ribs.
