Skirt steak is packed with amazing flavor like none other. Flank Steak gets pretty close but I would still pick Skirt for the ultimate, intense beef flavor.

Just don't plan on serving Skirt steak the same as you would a Ribeye or New York Strip. This steak is thin and works best to make amazing fajitas, Southwestern Steak Sandwiches or whatever you need great tasting meat for.
