Those of you who've been part of the tribe for a while know that our beef brisket is out of stock occasionally due to high demand.
It is an extremely popular cut for slow cooking, especially smoking. If you've never tried it, it's high time you do! :)

One word of advice when preparing brisket: Don't trim off too much fat. The fat is needed for the flavor and the juiciness. Plus, it's good saturated fat from grass-fed cows, high in Omega-3 and low in Omega-6.
I'm hoping to get Wesley to do a recipe with pictures for how to do one of these briskets in a grill. And then I'd like to help eat it. ;)
