Slow cooked Pastured Ham Hock gives a soup or stew tremendous flavor. With plenty of cook time the collagen and fats dissolve and leave you with a nutrient-dense broth to mix into broad variety of dishes.
Try as many different options as you want, but my personal favorite use for Ham Hocks is Mom's delicious Ham & Bean Stew.... be sure to make this stew at least once in your life! :)
