The Purple Fingerling (Magic Molly) potatoes are an heirloom potato that originated in Alaska Grown Organically by our team member and neighbor, Marlin and Catherine Charles. They're high in antioxidants that fight inflammation and disease. They tested higher for antioxidants than broccoli and spinach. They have a deep violet skin and purple flesh. They're roughly tubular with rounded ends. Their creamy waxy texture makes them a great addition to any dinner plate.
