This boneless 100% Grass-fed New York Strip Loin Roast is average 3 lb. and all of it packed with classic bold beef flavor. It's the perfect center piece for any special occasion dinner!

Serves approximately 4-6 people.

Best seasoned generously with salt and pepper, baked in the oven till 125° and then seared on each side to develop the perfect crust. Let rest for 20 minutes before slicing. During the searing and rest time the internal temp will increase another 10-15° for a medium-rare finish.
