Medium Ground Beef 4 oz. Patties

1 Pound Package of 4 - 4 oz patties... "Medium" = Lean 90/10

Even burger patties are majorly transformed by the flavor that comes from 100% Grass-fed Beef. The 10% fat in this burger makes it a little harder to grill these patties without getting them too dry but it is doable if you go for a medium or medium-well finish.
