This is fresh pork belly – simply uncured bacon. It has not been cured or smoked so you will need to make your own bacon or just fry it up the way it is. Unless you follow a bacon recipe to cure and smoke it this pork belly will not taste like bacon usually does. Feel free to use your creativity on this one!
