Chicken Gizzards

Here is our family favorite recipe for making Gizzard Chicken Nuggets!

Note: These gizzards are cleaned but not peeled. Each gizzard has a yellow liner skin on the inside that needs peeled out before eating. It's about like taking paper off the back of an adhesive sheet or backing off of a band-aid. Use your finger nails to start peeling it loose and just work it across until it's all removed.
