It's makes EPIC Steak Sandwiches when lightly seared and sliced in strips... or cube it and use it for kabobs. If you want to grill or fry it whole for a steak dinner you may want to cut it in half first. Do a very quick sear on the thin end and cook the thicker half a minute or so longer.
