NOTE: Our Raw Sour Cream is made carefully as if my family was eating every bite. Due to government regulations, we are required to label it as pet food even though our liquid raw milk is licensed for human consumption across the entire state. This item is government approved for pet food only.
Shelf life is 4+ weeks while using since it will only culture slowly at refrigeration temperatures.
UPS Home Delivery Orders: If you have meat on your order, this sour cream will ship frozen because we need to use dry ice in all meat orders. The flavor will not be affected by freezing but texture may be slightly affected. If you do not want your sour cream frozen you should purchase it on an order with only refrigerated items.
