I wish we would've started offering this Shoulder Steak from our Pastured Pork a long time ago. It is simply delicious.

All this steak needs for a remarkable eating experience is a little salt and pepper rubbed on both sides, a quick pan-sear to medium 135° finish, and a few minutes rest before slicing to serve.

The result is similar to bone-in pork chops... except this steak has rich marbling which adds amazing juice and flavor.
