Picanha Steak, also known as Coulotte Steak is one of the newest additions to our steak lineup. This specialty cut is wildly popular in Brazil steakhouses and gaining traction quickly in US as people explore steak varieties.

You have several options with this 100% grass-fed, whole Picanha. You can roast it as one entire chunk of meat and cut it into juicy, medium-rare steaks just before serving... Or, you can slice it into individual steaks right out of the package and proceed with seasoning and searing specialized to each steak as you desire.

However you prepare this flavorful steak, be sure not to overcook it. This steak is a bit like Sirloin – if cooked past medium 145 degrees, you'll risk drying out the meat and ruining your experience. Don't say you weren't warned. :)
