IMPORTANT: Our traditionally prepared Lacto Fermented Foods contain no preservatives nor are they "canned" in the food preservation sense of the word. So please keep them stored in the refrigerator. This is important before the jars are opened and of course after they have been opened. Unopened, they will keep for several months in the refrigerator. Once opened, they should be consumed in 7-10 days.

Note for UPS Home Delivery Orders: If you have meat on your order, these ferments will ship frozen because we need to use dry ice in all meat orders. The flavor and gut healthy probiotics should not be affected by freezing, but you may notice a texture change. If you do not want your ferments frozen, only purchase it on an order with other refrigerated items.
