Our heritage wheat is grown regeneratively and stone-milled the old-fashioned way to preserve the grain’s full flavor, vitamins, and minerals. We never use the industrial, high speed roller-mill method since this process heats and damages the grain nutrients.

Our family helps raise and harvest this wheat before it is stone ground and packaged by Amish farmer friends of ours right here in PA.
Remember, since this is whole wheat flour complete with the natural wheat germ, it is best stored in the freezer if you wish to keep for 6-12 months. To store at room temp for a few months keep in a sealed container between uses.
