Beet Kvass w/garlic - Lacto Fermented Beverage
12 oz. Jar - no beets in the juice.
IMPORTANT: Our traditionally prepared Lacto Fermented Foods contain no preservatives nor are they "canned" in the food preservation sense of the word. So please keep them stored in the refrigerator. This is important before the jars are opened and of course after they have been opened.
Unopened, they will keep for several months in the refrigerator.
Once opened, they should be consumed in 7-10 days.
