A wonderful daily bread for sandwiches, packed full of the nutrition of the whole wheat kernel. It has a soft and closed crumb with wonderful keeping qualities.
It's leavened with a sourdough culture and dusted with Rice Flour. Also may contain a trace amount of Olive Oil from dough boxes.
