Truly pastured chicken moved twice a day to fresh grass on our own certified organic pastures! This moving is extremely important. It allows our birds to forage a diet of bugs, grubs, flies and a complete salad bar of plants and grasses.

This high foraging content of their diet makes their meat extra high in CLA and Omega-3. You may even notice the difference in the more yellow look of the fat and skin.

Fun Fact: Chicken Thighs have 3-4 times as much Omega-3s per serving as the chicken breast meat.

One 4 oz. serving of truly pastured Chicken Thigh meat supplies you with at least 400mg of Omega-3s – 25% of your daily recommended intake. That is a lot of Omega-3s!

Yes! We truly pasture our chickens which means we move them morning and afternoon so they always have fresh organic grass, clover and bugs on which they delight to forage.

Considering that around 50% of organic grain in USA is imported, the only way we can verify these birds are truly Chemical-Free & GMO-Free is to grow our own organic grains. It would be easier and cheaper to buy organic chicken feed on the open market, of course, but that would expose us and you to the very real risk of grain fraud. We believe you'll appreciate our dedication to guarantee this chicken is truly Chemical-Free and GMO-Free.
